We offer the following schemes to reward loyalty to the agency:

Training Bursary

A selected few bursaries are available to students in their final year. A payment of £1000 is made in the last year of a social work course providing the student will join the agency on completion.

In the final year we will work with the Social Service Departments where we have contracts, to offer work placements and then regular agency assignments.

After first 6 months with the agency after qualification the regular loyalty scheme applies

Loyalty Scheme

When a social worker joins the agency and works through us we offer loyalty awards.

• After 3 months £200 is given which can be taken as income or as payment for training on chosen courses or on course materials.
• After 6 months a further £250
• 9 Months a further £250
• At 12 months £300.

Introduce a friend scheme

A bonus of £250 is paid to a social worker when they introduce another social worker who subsequently works 3 months through the agency.
